hints-and-tips

On the Jenny Craig program, you’ll be able to enjoy your favourite foods, just healthier. Our nutritious foods are designed by dietitians and portion controlled so you can eat what you love whilst losing weight. With great variety of food items on our menu, there are endless ways you can enjoy our meals to ensure you’re getting a varied and balanced diet. Here are some tips on how to make the most of your Jenny Craig Menu.

1. Fill up on Free Foods

Free Foods are low in kilojoules and can be eaten in abundance while following the Jenny Craig menu. They include foods like non-starchy vegetables and flavour enhancers like herbs and spices. Adding plenty of Free Foods to your menu is a great way to add more flavour and variety with the added benefit of helping to bulk up your meals to keep you feeling full and satisfied.

2. Limited Free Foods

Including up to 3 serves of Limited Free Foods is another great way to add different flavours to your Jenny Craig menu. By using your Limited Free Foods, you can enhance your meals with condiments or help satisfy your sweet tooth with low energy options.

3. Head to the blog for inspiring recipes

Get inspired with all our delicious and easy recipes on the Jenny Craig blog! Our blog recipes have been tailored to suit the Jenny Craig menu and utilise Free and Limited Free Foods so you’ll always find something to suit your tastebuds.

4. Experiment with different veggies or cooking methods

Don’t get stuck in the rut of having steamed veggies everyday! Experiment with baking, grilling, pan frying, stuffing, pureeing and sautéing your veggies to add more flavour and variation to your meals. Changing up the types of veggies, fruit and dairy you add to your menu will also help to keep your meals feeling fresh.

5. Try something you’ve never had before

Why not try adding different veggies like, artichoke, celeriac, or swede to your baked veggie mix? Or pair your Jenny Craig breakfasts with starfruit, custard apple or paw paw? Trying different foods will add a new twist to your menu, and who knows, you may even find a new favourite food!
